Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
